Nov. 15 (UPI) — Burger King’s parent firm, Restaurant Brands Global, has agreed to a deal to know Firehouse Subs for roughly $1 billion, firm officials introduced Monday.

The companies stated the settlement became funded through a aggregate of debt and money.

Officers stated Firehouse headquarters will remain in Jacksonville, Fla.

“We see immense most likely to lunge up U.S. and worldwide enhance at Firehouse Subs with RBI’s building expertise, global franchisee network, and digital capabilities,” Cil stated in a statement.

Firehouse Subs became basically based in 1994 by brothers and ragged firefighters Chris Sorensen and Robin Sorensen and has 1,200 areas within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The deal is anticipated to terminate within the arrival months.
