Shrimp and Strawberry Ceviche

  • 1 lb. minute, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup contemporary lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup contemporary lime juice
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely diced
  • 1 cup finely chopped pink onion
  • 1 lb. strawberries, hulled and diced
  • 1/2 bunch contemporary cilantro, leaves and still stems, chopped


1. Bring a gargantuan pot of water to a boil. Put together an ice tub. Add the minute to the boiling water and cook dinner till appropriate cooked thru, 1 to 2 minutes, looking on the measurement of the minute. Transfer the minute to the ice tub to chill, then drain well. Crop minute into 1/2-roam items.

2. In a medium bowl, toss the minute, lemon juice, lime juice, jalapeño, and pink onion. Duvet and refrigerate till absolutely chilled, at least 1 hour however no longer than 8 hours. When able to serve, plug within the strawberries and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper.
