MOSCOW, Aug 22 (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin said his authorities will assign one-off payments to pensioners and navy personnel this yr to reduction them address a sharper-than-expected upward push in inflation, the RIA recordsdata company reported on Sunday.
