Jan. 25 (UPI) — A pair of Idaho men broke a Guinness World Anecdote when one extinct both hands to throw popcorn that the diverse caught in his mouth.
David Streak, who has broken better than 150 Guinness records to promote STEM education, teamed up with neighbor Jonathan Hannon to break the document for most popcorn thrown after which caught with the mouth in a single minute (personnel of two).
Hannon, who’s ambidextrous, threw popcorn with both hands and Streak caught the flying snacks in his mouth.
The men managed 54 catches in a single minute, beating the earlier document of 37, which used to be build in 2016 by Ashrita Furman and Bipin Larkin.
Streak said potentially the most subtle fraction of the document used to be predicting the keep the light-weight popcorn would lunge when thrown. He said the stickiness of the popcorn furthermore resulted in “just a few errant throws.”
